No one wants to be in a situation where their motherboard randomly goes kaput, but Techie Dudes were wonderful and were able to recover my data! It was a smooth process, and they were so fast. I took my computer in on Monday morning and had the data back within 24 hours. It also did not cost an arm and a leg.

Techie Dudes helped me out in a jam recently and I got to meet four of their team members and all were fast, friendly and professional. I can't recommend Techie Dudes enough, I'm so glad I found this location in Vadnais Heights right next to White Bear Lake just off County Road E. Amazing, talented lab technicians for your digital needs. Would give 6 stars if possible. Love this place!!!!!

Brought my high end gaming pc in after foolishly messing with my BIOS settings, asked them to do some cable management as well. I was immediately met with a friendly face (Rob) I received daily updates on progress and was ecstatic to have my machine back to me in a short time. Customer service is top notch, as well as their technical knowledge. I feel 100% confident bringing a $5,000+ machine into them as they treat it with great care. I would recommend this company 10/10 for any hobbyists that get out of their depth or just want a little expert technical advice. Very impressed!!

My desk top would not power up. They determined the power supply died. They loaned me a used power supply while we waited for a new one to show up. When the new one came in they had it ready the next day. They also checked it over since it ran pretty slow and did a bit of an upgrade and gave me a tip on how to improve the speed (10 years old and getting slow) for no charge. Nice people. Very pleased!
